ABOUT US.

We are a group of associations that support small tourism companies that are customer- oriented and that help to achieve a sustainable tourism in the City of Cartagena, Colombia.

We offer very different tourism products , which we consider will have a strong impact in small communities of Cartagena. This association started with the alliance of ACTUAR POR BOLIVAR and NUEVA LENGUA. Actuar por Bolívar is a Colombian NGO that helps small companies, owned mostly by single mothers, with credit and education. Nueva Lengua, is a  non-profit company that believes that through educational tourism a big change can be made in small communities.

 Our dream is that part of the huge amount of money that now goes into a  few  big tourist companies can go to  small communities that normally have not receive any improvement in their quality of life from tourism in Cartagena.

We believe that the community should maintain control of tourism development.

We are companies of people who have a strong customer orientation. Education and training programs to improve and manage heritage and natural resources are present in all of these tourism products.

Most of the associated companies are community companies or non profit organizations.

 All of these companies will have an important impact in the community economy.
